Helping people navigate the challenges of parenting and their mental health
Balance is hard
I’ve talked to so many friends and acquaintances who became parents. Every single one of them has said something along the lines of “I wish someone had told me how hard this was going to be”. I knew this struggle and wanted to contribute something to help parents if I could.
Modules with exercises
Through my own personal experience I’ve learnt a few things along the way. Some things I’ve tried myself, others I’ve picked up from therapists. I share a few examples of issues I’ve faced and some exercises I do to help me when I’m struggling.
Stories
I’m also just writing down some stories from my day to day life that don’t have exercises at the end or relate directly to being a parent. I’ve found it really helpful to be able to write these things down to help me process how I feel about certain things and work through them. If they are useful to you then I’m glad I shared.

“You’re always going to wonder if you’re doing things wrong. But that’s what it means to be a [parent], to care so much about someone else that you just want to be as perfect as possible
